Notice is hereby given under Regulation 16(1) of the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015 that the auditor has completed their audit of the financial statements and the auditor’s report is included in the published audited statement of accounts.
A local government elector for any area to which the accounts relate may inspect and make copies of the statement of accounts prepared by the authority, at the Council Offices, Marmion House, Lichfield Street, Tamworth, by prior arrangement. The external auditors Bishop Fleming cannot conclude the audit and issue the certificate of completion until confirmation is received from the National Audit Office that no additional work will be required in respect of the Whole of Government Accounts exercise.
