We reviewed tenant group member feedback and spent time rewriting and redesigning the fact sheets, focusing on clearer language, improved layout and the information tenants told us was most important to them. |
The fact sheets which are published on the council’s website, newsletter and available in the Council’s reception area, are now easier to understand, more accessible and give tenants a clearer understanding of their tenancy rights and key housing services. |

Tenant Voice members co‑wrote a foreword and article with support from the Tenants Voice Team, which was published in the summer edition of Open House 2025. A further article, written by a group member, about the Streetscene Green Team, was also published in the Winter edition 2025.
