Talk to Us graphicTalk to us Tamworth – major new Residents Survey launched

Since the end of March 2020, Tamworth Borough Council has worked hard to ensure that services remain available and accessible throughout the coronavirus pandemic, particularly to the most vulnerable members of our community.

We’d like to thank our customers for co-operating during the difficulties we are all facing as a result of the pandemic. We would now like to seek your help in gathering more detailed information on the wider impact of our services, including how you contact the council and how you would prefer to be kept informed and engaged.

We’d really appreciate it if you could take time to complete this survey and help us to identify opportunities for service improvement.

As a thank you for your time, you have the option of entering a free prize draw upon completion of the survey. A winner will be chosen at random from all the names entered, with a Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 tablet up for grabs, courtesy of our housing repairs contractor, Engie.

This survey will be live until midnight on Sunday, March 21.

This survey is specifically for residents who live within the borough of Tamworth.

*If you live in Tamworth, you receive services from two councils, Tamworth Borough Council and Staffordshire County Council. This survey is purely asking about services provided by Tamworth Borough Council.
