Statement of Community Involvement
A key objective of the planning system is to strengthen
community involvement. The Statement of Community Involvement (SCI)
is an integral part of the Local Development Framework. It sets out
how we will involve you in the preparation of Local Development
Documents and how you can get involved.
The Statement of Community Involvement was adopted on 14th June
2006 following extensive community involvement and an independent
examination.
