tipping, graffiti, dog fouling, fly posting or a grounds
maintenance problem please report it to us using this online
form.
- Please give us as much information as you can - this will help
us to deal with your particular issue as quickly as possible.
- Once you have entered as much detail as possible on the form
click submit. This will send the form to our Customer Services
Staff who will forward your enquiry to the correct department for
dealing with the enquiry.

help Tamworth Borough Council (the Data Controller) to further
investigate the incident you are reporting and recorded on our
system to enable us to contact you for further information. Your
personal information will be held on our system for 12
months.
This information may be used in evidence to take further legal
action against the alleged offender(s). Please indicate where
applicable on the form if you do not object to us contacting you
further to consider legal action, when you will be advised how we
will use the information you have provided, and who this will be
disclosed to.
