How to request graffiti removal


For partner social housing landlords who wish to use the graffiti removal service please complete the request form below:
The Estate Caretaking Service offers graffiti removal service to social housing landlords with properties in Tamworth for;
• accessible graffiti below a height of 3 metres
• £40.00 minimum charge equivalent to ½ days work (please note this cost may be higher for more extensive areas of graffiti removal, in this case we will be contacting the landlord in advance for approval of this work and any revised costing)
• The partner organisation will provide unconditional authorisation for the Estate Care Taking team to remove graffiti on the property as detailed above
Please note that whilst every care will be taken the Estate Caretaking Team does not accept any liability for any damage caused by the cleaning process or guarantee the complete removal for example the cleaning process can cause discolouration to brick work and timber.
