FREE SWIMMING AT BELGRAVE SPORTS CENTRE

From 1st April Belgrave Sports Centre will be offering free swimming for under 16s and over 60s. Tamworth Borough Council has received funding for free swimming as part of the government initiative to improve participation in swimming and promote the run up to the Olympic games in 2012. . The School is planning to revamp its changing rooms in the summer, which will temporarily reduce access but provide a higher quality visitor experience in the long run.  . The initiative will last for two years and will promote the government’s health agenda. For each swim customers will save approximately £1.90. The sessions are on a first come first served basis, and available during public access sessions. Please contact the Centre reception for further information after 6pm.
