The Sports Development Team ensure
young people have the opportunity to take part in a variety of
sports, run by qualified and experienced coaches.
We run a wide range of events,
projects and classes all year round, for people of all ages and

This is a new Latin-inspired,
easy-to-follow, calorie-burning, dance-fitness-party.
Feel the music and let loose, Zumba
first took the USA by storm before coming to the UK. Thousands of
people take part in an easy-to-follow Zumba class each
day, which works the whole body in just one hour.
Kettlercise is the single most
effective kettlebell fat burning workout, designed to shape and
sculpt the body in as little as 20 minutes for rapid fat loss and a
lean toned body.
Fitness and Fun
We run after school fitness clubs for
key stage 1 and 2. We change schools every term so as many
children as possible can benefit from our free sessions.
It is a games and activities based club, involving lots
of energy and team bonding.
