Advice for Health Professionals on Homelessness
THEPP is now working with health professionals to reduce numbers
of people being discharged from hospital to inappropriate or
no accommodation.
By working in partnership with health providers in and around
the borough it is hoped that people accessing health care that may
be in unsuitable accommodation can get access to the housing advice
team which can help to find more suitable accommodation or
adaptations to make their homes more suitable for their
recovery.
