We are committed to making sure that all of our tenants and leaseholders can get involved in how their housing service are run.

By working closely with tenants, we can provide a first-class service, inline with what tenants tell us they need. We believe that tenant involvement is a vital part of what we do and by working with you, we can provide the best possible service. 

We aim to:

  • Listen to what tenants and leaseholders tell us
  • Keep tenants and leaseholders informed
  • Provide accessible forms of consultation
  • Offer a range of ways for involvement
  • Actively encourage involvement

We want to "to put tenants in the driving seat to help make improvements to our housing service, homes and communities".
