What is Sheltered Housing
Sheltered housing schemes are flats, bedsits and bungalows
which:
- Have the services of an Independent Living Manager.
- Have an alarm system which enables tenants and the Independent
Living Manager to speak to each other.
- Have their own front door and private facilities.
- Are unfurnished so you can bring your own furniture with
you.
- Are connected to the 24 hour alarm system provided by Wealden
and Eastbourne Life line.
