their own home for as long as possible that is enabled by excellent
facilities and flexible services at Thomas Hardy Court.
A Joint Partner Allocation Panel agrees
applicants accepted on to the extra care waiting list and the
allocation of empty properties.
The scheme provides for a range of dependency
and ability levels amongst tenants. To ensure an active community
and that a balance is kept between those who are frail and those
who are not, the lettings of empty properties is based on the
below profile:
