Tamworth Borough Council use high quality equipment which works alongside your own telephone supported by a 24 hour monitoring service 7 days a week, every single day of the year.
Built into the telephone unit is a sensitive microphone and powerful loudspeaker so that you can speak to the monitoring centre from anywhere in your home or garden. The unit is renowned for offering the most advanced and reliable solutions that offer support, reassurance and independence to over 1 million people throughout the UK.

How does Home Link work?

Within seconds of pressing the button on your telephone or pendant the operator will answer the call and instantly know who is calling, where they live and retrieve health and personal details .

These details include friends, relatives, neighbours, doctor and emergency services.

Perhaps the most important feature of being connected to Homelink is the team of highly trained dedicated caring operators at the 24 hour monitoring centre providing constant service round the clock whenever you need it.
