Landlords News Bulletin

The Private Housing Enforcement Team has produced and circulated a landlord’s news bulletin for landlords in Tamworth.  The bulletin is the first issue and will be produced quarterly by the team.  The bulletin aims to inform landlords of current news events and any legislation changes that may affect landlords and letting agents.  The bulletin will also be an opportunity to advise landlords and agents of training opportunities relevant to ensuring properties are managed and maintained successfully.

Landlords Training Events

The Private Housing Enforcement Team has organised three training courses specifically for private sector landlords and agents.  The aim of the training is to increase the standard of housing management in Tamworth and inform landlords and agents of their rights and responsibilities when dealing with tenants in the private sector.  The training courses are also designed to give property managers an insight into the role that the Council takes when enforcing housing legislation
