Customer Dashboard – on-line monitoring of how Landlord Services is performing

The Customer Dashboard is a quick and easy way for our customers to see how Landlord Services is performing against our draft ‘Standards of Services you can expect to receive’ targets.

It is powered through a live link to the Council’s management performance tool Covalent which is updated on a monthly basis.

Covalent follows a traffic light system

Green = OK, all targets are being met

Amber = Caution, targets may be slightly under or over goals

Red = Alert, targets are not being met

On the first page you will see on the left hand side a list of Landlord Services, click on the red dot to open the 'dashboard' and see the team’s targets and whether they are on track.

You will see a dial with the indicator pointing to Green, Amber or Red
