Welcome to the Council’s choice based lettings service: 'Finding a Home'.

All our empty homes are advertised on the website, the local press and displayed in Marmion House reception. 

What is choice?

• You make the decision about where and when you want to move. This helps:
• Create settled communities 
• You can see all our available empty properties which makes it an open and fair system
• Signposting people to financial assistance to help them remain in their own home
• Working with others organisations to prevent homelessness
• Making use of internal trained mediators to return people home
• Working with private landlords/housing associations to provide more available housing  
• Our Finding a Home website advertises all our empty properties

We are also working with UCHOOSE, the sub-regional choice based lettings service for properties outside of Tamworth. Click here to view properties available.
