From time to time Tamworth Borough Council
advertises properties through the Open Allocation Scheme. This
allows people to express an interest in a specific property that
they might not have originally thought about.
These properties will be advertised through
our website and also advertised in Marmion House reception.
The advertisement will show who can apply for
the property - for example a single person or a couple with or
without children - and if there are any age restrictions. You will
need to occupy the property as your main or principle home.
How to express an interest in an advertised
property
You will need to be registered for housing and
have provided all the requested information we have asked for. If
you are not registered you will need to complete a housing
application form urgently - the form can be downloaded from the
right hand side of this page or collected from Marmion House
reception.
Properties are offered to the first applicant
(s) who meet the lettings criteria.
If you are selected after
expressing your interest we will contact you to arrange
to view the property.
If you have any queries contact
the Allocations Team tel 01827 709505 Monday to Friday 9am to
