Let us know your views

We are continuing to improve our Finding A Home service by capturing feed back from the experiences of our customers. This survey is available on line at the time of bidding for properties and can also be completed now under the heading on the right more information. It will take you less than 5 minutes to complete. Your responses will be treated as confidential.

What you have told us so far;

87.5% of people were satisfied with the overall service

We send a weekly e-bulletin of all our available properties to all support agencies and services across Tamworth so that they can assist people with bidding.

Monitor Lettings

To further improve the service we are also capturing the bidding activity against our empty properties and analysing these results. At the end of this page are our monthly reports from May 2010.

There is a planned detailed impact assessment of the new service for the end of 2010 when it has been up and running for six months. Later in the year we will also be setting service standards with our customers based on analysis of our satisfaction monitoring of successful and unsuccessful bidders and waiting times.

Remember, Tamworth Borough Council owns just over 4,000 properties across the Borough. We currently have over 2,000 people on our Housing Register including new applicants, customers who are waiting to transfer and people who have been classed as homeless.
