The Income team deliver the following services for Tamworth Borough Council tenants:

  • Income collection and arrears management 
  • Debt Advice
  • Financial Inclusion advice including welfare benefits, help setting up basic bank accounts and reducing fuel poverty.
  • allocate properties in line with housing need
  • manage empty properties.
