Civil Parking Enforcement Scheme In March, Tamworth Borough Council took on new powers to tackle the dangers and frustrations caused by poor drivers who break the law by illegally parking on yellow lines, in bus stops, in disabled parking spaces - anywhere that parking regulations apply. This is called the Civil Parking Enforcement Scheme.
