Quarterly performance reports are produced and discussed by the borough council's Cabinet and also the Corporate Scrutiny Committee.

Regular reporting and monitoring of performance against our key indicators and projects means the council can respond to any under performance; this is key to improvement.   

The quarterly reports also allows residents and organisations to monitor the Council’s performance throughout the year.

The report contains information on a range of performance related issues:

• Progress against performance indicators,
• Updates on key projects,
• Issues with the performance management framework,
• Consultation,
• Communications,
• Risk register,
• Financial matters.
