All issues at Thomas Hardy Court  have been fixed, following a power failure on Tuesday 21 December.

PH Jones and Morrisons, who carry out repairs on behalf of the Council were on site to rectify the issues.

Contractors and local housing staff continue to be on site today to check the thermostats and doing some general works.

Heating has now been restored to all flats.

Residents and their families were kept informed throughout and staff were on site.

Emergency housing repairs are continuing to take place across the borough but are being prioritised due to need and emergency. Please be patient when reporting a repair as we have seen an increase of 150% in calls.
