Tamworth Borough Councils Housing service now has live performance updates available on the Council’s website to allow residents to see how the team is performing.

“We want to be as open and transparent as possible with our residents, and now they can see for themselves how well the teams are performing and which targets they are meeting and if there are any where we need to continue to improve our performance.” said Councillor Mary Oates, portfolio holder for Quality of Life. “I am very proud of the changes we have already made and I am keen for our tenants to be as involved as possible so that they feel they know what is happening with the service and that they can voice any concerns they may have to our to our teams. We are committed to providing the very best possible service for residents.”

The landlord Services Delivery plan is also available online which outlines the significant improvements that the Council aims to make over the next three years.
