Community groups and charities in Tamworth are being offered a valuable opportunity to fundraise and increase their profile – completely free of charge.

In an attempt to encourage more shoppers to visit the Lower Gungate area of the town centre, market operator LSD Promotions is making three stalls in Lower Gungate available free of charge to charities and community groups every Tuesday.

The decision to offer the free stalls was made following the success of the recent Love Your Market day, which saw hundreds of shoppers supporting Tamworth’s market stalls with their custom.

Community groups and charities can book a free stall by contacting markets manager Ted Perry on ted@lsdpromotions.com or phoning 07736 777244.

The free stalls are only available to charities and community groups and must be booked a week in advance. Each group or charity will only be able to book one stall per month and the free stalls are only available in Lower Gungate.
