Tamworth's Voice

Tamworth's Voice Citizen's Panel
We are expanding our Tamworth's Voice Citizens Panel as part of
our Tamworth Listen's consultation and we are inviting residents to
join the panel.
Tamworth Borough Council want to understand the experiences of
the local community so we can shape our services around the needs
of residents.
What is a Citizens Panel?
A citizens panel is a representative body of local residents who
are consulted on local services. The views and opinions gathered
through the citizens panel will be significant in shaping the
future of Tamworth and the work that the Council does.
We will contact panel members three or four times a year with
postal or online surveys that will explore their views on various
aspects of Council services, their experiences of living in
Tamworth, perceptions of the Council and any other issue that may
affect Tamworth's residents. Where further in-depth research is
needed, panel members will be invited to take part in discussion
groups or workshops to explore the issue further.
Why is it important?
Tamworth's Voice Citizens Panel is your chance to have your say.
Each questionnaire will only take about 20 minutes to complete and
it's your opportunity to influence decisions that
the Council makes about Tamworth.
What happens to the results?
The findings from the questionnaire will be used to help
inform the decisions the Council makes about services. Panel
members are kept informed of the results via a Tamworth's Voice
newsletter.
