The ‘Tamworth Listens’ initiative aims to improve communication between councillors and the public. Events take place throughout the year where residents can give their ideas on what would make Tamworth a better place to live and raise any questions or concerns they may have.

The information collected from the Tamworth Listens events is feed into the state of Tamworth debate.

The State of Tamworth Debate is an opportunity for councillors across the Chamber to discuss the findings of the Tamworth Listen's consultation and debate what people think about Tamworth and how the borough could be improved.  Members of the public are invited to come along and listen to the debate.
