How to book

For ticketed evening events purchases can be made direct via our Box Office at Tamworth Tourist Information Centre on 01827 709618 or online from Ticketweb.

Tickets cannot be reserved. Tickets purchased are non-refundable. Refunds may be given in exceptional circumstances only, at the discretion of the box office and/or venue management, this needs to be applied for in writing before the date of the event.
Please note the box office closes at 4.30pm, if you wish further information about an event taking place the same evening, the castle box office opens 30 minutes prior to the start of the event. Tel: 01827 709626.
