Gambling Act 2005
Tamworth Borough Council has published its' Statement of
Principles' issued under section 349 of the Gambling Act 2005. The
Statement of Principles had effect from 31 January 2007.
Tamworth Borough Council has also set fees for premises licences
issued under the Gambling Act 2005.
The published Statement of Principles, the list of Responsible
Authorities who must be consulted when applying for a gambling
premises licence and the fees can be viewed by clicking on the
links on the right hand side.
The Statement of Principles can also be inspected between 9:00am
and 4:30pm, by prior arrangement. Please see the contact
