Summary
|
You must notify Tamworth Borough Council of any changes to the
information you provided when you notified us about your cooling
tower(s) or evaporative condenser(s). Such changes include the
contact details, location and installation of the device. You
must notify Tamworth Borough Council of any changes to the
notification information within one month of the change, in
writing.
You must also notify Tamworth Borough Council if the device
ceased to be a notifiable device. This notification must be
made in writing as soon as possible.
We will share the information you give us about changes to your
notification with the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and the Health
Protection Agency (HPA).

Declaration
|
Upon completion of your application you will be required to
confirm that you:
(a) have read and fully understand the contents of this form and
any supporting information and agree to the terms and/ or
conditions set out within;
(b) understand that by submitting this application, you consent
to Tamworth Borough Council passing on the data within this
application and its supporting documents to any authority or person
that will assist with the determination of this application, or as
required by law;
(c) declare that the information provided is true to the best of
your knowledge and belief;
(d) understand that if any false information is provided you may
be guilty of an offence and liable to prosecution;
(e) understand that if the application is authorised you must
inform the authority about any changes to circumstances that mean
you no longer meet the conditions for the authorisation;
(f) understand that where a statutory declaration has been
provided it may be forwarded to the Police.

Processing Timescales
|
If Tamworth Borough Council is satisfied with
the information provided in your application we will send you an
acknowledgement within 28 calendar days of receipt.

Will tacit consent apply
|
Tacit consent will apply.
This means that you will be able to act as though your
application is granted if you have not heard from Tamworth Borough
Council by the end of the processing timescale.
