  • Good ventilation is essential to dry your property - unblock any airbricks - remember to lock and secure your property when unoccupied.
  • Any valuable papers damaged should be stored in a freezer if possible.
  • Make contact with your insurers and obtain several quotations before any repairs are undertaken. Consider using locally known and recommended companies.
