Welcome to Customer Service and Access to
Services
Our Customer Service Team is made up of several smaller teams – The
Tamworth (Tourist) Information Centre, The Phillip Dix Centre and
Carnegie Centre, The Shopmobility unit and The Integrated Contact
Management Centre.
We pride ourselves on wanting and aiming to deliver our services
to the highest standards to our customers.
Staff within our teams all have a common goal;
to deliver our services with a positive attitude, to provide
services without the need to transfer the enquiry onto another
person, and to keep our customers informed. We care about the
service we deliver to our customers.
We work as a team on behalf of the customer,
demonstrating ownership, accountability and commitment. We
believe in equal access and service to all.
Our Customer Services Assistants and Officers
have received the appropriate training to deliver services to
a high level of competence.
