Welcome to Customer Service and Access to Services

Staff at our customer service centres can help you with enquiries about all council services and most queries can be handled without the need to refer them to a specialist officer or another council office.

Our Customer Service Team is made up of several smaller teams – The Tamworth (Tourist) Information Centre, The Phillip Dix Centre and Carnegie Centre, The Shopmobility unit and The Integrated Contact Management Centre.

We pride ourselves on wanting and aiming to deliver our services to the highest standards to our customers, wile keeping them informed. 

We work as a team on your behalf; we believe in equal access and service to all.

Our quieter times are between 9am and 10.30am and after 3.30pm. Thursday is our quietest day.
